This privacy policy covers joinexpress.pillarapps.com, the public signup site for the Express Drug Testing Consortium operated by Express Drug Testing & CDL Physical Clinic in Henderson, CO.

What we collect

• Company info: name, USDOT number, addresses, phone
• DER info: name, email, cell phone, notification preferences
• Driver roster: first/last name, license number, license state
• Payment info: processed by Stripe; we never see your card number
• Technical: IP address, user agent, session cookie (for resumable signup)

How we use it

• Enroll your company in the consortium and run DOT-compliant random testing
• Email random selection notices and test results to your DER
• Send invoices and renewal notices
• Run annual FMCSA Clearinghouse queries on your behalf if you designate us as your C/TPA
• Maintain audit-ready records for DOT inspections

Who we share it with

• FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (federal regulator) for required reporting
• Doctor's Review Services (Medical Review Officer) for verifying test results
• Lab partners (CRL, Quest, LabCorp) for collection and analysis
• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Supabase for hosted database storage (operated by Pillar)

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Per DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40), we retain consortium records for a minimum of 5 years. We retain signed enrollment packets and payment records for 7 years.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing shana@cdlchiro.com. Federal recordkeeping rules limit deletion of compliance records before their retention window expires.
